2nd Annual River City Saunter: Suburban Revitalization

Our 2nd Annual River City Saunter in 2009 took place at Chesterfield County's abandoned Cloverleaf Mall, a site proposed for a mixed-use redevelopment. Participants experienced local food and music as well as a bus tour of our region's major growth corridors - 250, 60, and 360 - and observed the decades-long pattern of abandonment and sprawl.
