1st Annual River City Saunter: Urban Revitalization

Our 1st Annual River City Saunter in 2008 featured a tour of the City of Richmond against the backdrop of the Downtown Master Plan which was in the process of being adopted at the time.  The celebration was held at Legend Brewing Company in Richmond's Southside and the tour included Libby Hill Park, the Coloseum, and other sites that illustrate challenges and opportunities in creating and preserving a great urban fabric.
